Price Guarantee

At the EWheels Shop our goal is to make each customer have the best experience possible. If there is any store online that has a lower price than us on item that you purchased please let us know and we will match it fits our price match criteria. We want our customers to get the best possible value for each item which they order. Or even if you find that our own store has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within a one month of your purchase date (promotions excluded) we will make sure to refund the difference as well.

If you ever want to request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the product that you are inquiring about on our website, or from our competitors website within one month from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.

Our 100% Price Guarantee has some limitations:

• You must have already purchases the product from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee
• Promotions such as rebates and Black Friday/Cyber Monday, buy one get one free offers are not eligible
• The item must be in stock on the authroized retailers website
• The competitor must be strictly online store, they may not have a retail location
• The website can not be a discounter or auction website (ie; eBay, Amazon, overstock, etc..)
• The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer for the product in question
• The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges, however it excludes sales tax.
